Default d16y7 idle issue

Ok, so sometimes I get in my car and go wherever and the motor runs fine. Idles nice on a cold motor(800-1000rpm). However, as my motor warms up, I'm starting to get an idle of 1500-2000. I do the usual thing to keep it down by pressing the gas and it goes back down to 1000 and rapidly just increases back to 1500. Then, as I continue to let it idle, it'll go up to 2000. I've taken the IACV off and cleaned it, reinstalled it and it'll do fine until the car warms up. I don't have any vaccuum leaks(from what I can see). There's no CEL's, nothing. Any ideas? Sometimes I'll mash the gas up to 3500-4000 rpm and then the idle will drop to around 1200 and stay there for a little while. Then a couple miles down the road it'll go back up to 1500-2000. Again, any ideas?

Have you cleaned your throttle body?

When was your last tune up?

No, I haven't cleaned the throttle body. I will do that tomorrow.

New timing belt, new plugs and wires bout a month and a half ago.

Also check the throttle cable, make it is not binding.

Might want to check the TPS as well.

Another thing, who did the timing belt, did they adjust the timing?
