Obd2 Distributor question
Hey guys, I got a question about obd2 dizzys. For starters, I know there is the big plug obd2 distributors, and the obd2b small plug distributor that comes specifically in the 99-00 SOHC Civics.
Now, the dizzy that I have on my 2000 Civic with a 2000 GSR motor has a dizzy with a blue wire just taped off and not wired to anything,. I'm assuming this is the "big plug" obd2 distributor. I think the last owner with the b16 probably just got the big plug distributor and rewired it to a small plug so that he could just connect it to the main harness.
My question is, would I need to get the 2000 Civic Obd2b "small plug" dizzy to pass BAR....or would I be fine with what I currently have on the car now, which has the blue wire hanging off? Something tells me I need a new obd2b dizzy for my B18 for BAR -_-, but would the small plug sohc dizzy even work properly for my b18?
Here is what I'm talking about. Anyone with BAR experience can chime in.

Re: Obd2 Distributor question
Just as the diagram above, the dangling blue wire is the RPM Lead Signal wire, which wouldn't have a place to be wired in on my civic pigtail that connects to the main engine harness. Does anyone know whether I should be using the stock obd2b dizzy for the 2000 b18c1 I have in my 2000 hatch, or just go to BAR and stick with the dizzy I have now that has the hanging RPM lead signal?
