Default OBD not ready

Hey guys,

I currently have a 99 Civic and attempting to pass my emissions test. Everything passes except when it gets to the OBD test. Since its a 99 car, I only need 2 out of the 4 sensors to read ready. I can only get the Oxygen sensor to work consistently. Once I drive the car around for a good 20 miles or so and re did the emissions test I had two of the sensors read "ready". I believe it was the Oxygen heat sensor. With 2 out of 4 sensors I should have passed. Although when the car has to turn off during the emissions test, the results go back to how it was when I first started the car, only 1 sensor working. The emissions guy said that my computer is resetting its data everytime it starts so it will continue to read as "not ready". Anyone else had this problem?

Default Re: OBD not ready

Check your ECU fuse under the hood. It shouldn't be resetting.
