I have a lx but will be put new exhaust system soon I need an o2 sensor and was wondering would the lx o2's work on after market ex headers and cat

ok cool and the ecu wont throw a code since im changing the cat

if you have one 02 sensor, it want throw a code even with no cat.

if you have 2 o2 sensors and the second stands after the stock cat make sure the second 02 will be placed after the new cat, so you won't have ecu codes...

As long as the new cat works, the O2 and ECU don't care/won't notice a difference.

You'll need to extend the secondary O2 sensor wires, though.

cool thanks guys I was worried cuz the ex o2 hole is at the beginning of the cat im just going to buy the extension wire its like 17 bucks I think
