Like the title says, its for my 98 Civic EX. Interior light fuse is good, bulbs are good. No aftermarket stereo. Thanks in advance.

Before you decide to be a smartass...
What RonJ is asking, is HOW did you check it? We've all grown tired of people constantly wasting our time. You're going to have to give us these things called details if you want any help.

And that is exactly why RonJ asked. That's not the correct way to check a fuse. Get a voltmeter, set it to resistance, and touch the leads to the two small bits of exposed metal on top of the fuse. You don't need to remove it. If it has resistance, it's failed. That's how you properly test a fuse.

Thanks for the response. I opened my sunroof and my dome light came on. Wierd. I decided to smack the climate control and the light came on, until I flipped the location switch then off it went. Possible wiring problem? Thanks again.

Door locks work sometimes
My 98 civic door locks aren't working properly. When the car is running they open and close fine. When car is off they stick. Could it be my solenoids?

Re: Door locks work sometimes
One difference between the car running and not is voltage: https://honda-tech.com/audio-securit...nning-2573400/
Remove your door panel(s) and disconnect the actuator terminal.. use a multimeter to check voltage on the supply side of the terminal while car is off and on and in lock/unlock (switch position). Read up on how to test the actuator voltage.
Don't think the locks has solenoids.. it has actuators in the doors but, from what you described it doesn't seem like they are the issue. Also it would be rare to have all the door actuators going bad at the same time.
Another possibility is (since all doors are having the issue) is the central door lock module ..blue box located in driver's door about a foot above speaker. Not sure how to test that module.. but, easy enough to pull one from a junk yard and try it.
