I recently bought NGK V-power plugs from http://www.Sparkplugs.com.
Parts #'s were I believe BKR6E-N11 and the wires were HE64.

Err...you sure about that wording? Doesn't heat range refer to how much heat the plug holds (or how much it sheds to the head)? A BKR5E is hotter than a 6E, and does not disapate as much heat as a 6E, but it does not produce a hotter or more powerful spark.
