New Throttle body - No FITV?

Default New Throttle body - No FITV?
I just bought a skunk 2 intake manifold and skunk 2 throttle body. While switching everything over I noticed there is no spot for the fast idle thermo valve. However, the coolant line from the Idle Air Control Valve will still be there. My question is, has anyone had crazy idle problems with this set up? Also, what to do with the extra coolant lines.

you might have slight problem with idle in cold climate.
