Sure the seal is good? Wipe it with Armorall or silicone spray. Sometimes seals get kinda dried out and don't want to seal nicely. Plus that will keep them from sticking in the winter. Get a younger sibling/friend to climb in the trunk with a flashlight and pour water over the trunk. There's a chance it could be the vent thing under the bumper on the driver's side.

Coupe or sedan? DX or EX?

I am willing to bet it is the run channel the factory seam sealer fails.

Have the same problem on my 99 coupe DX. Fold the seat down and get someone to run water over the trunk with the water hose. If you have a sunroof, check the drains for clogs.

Had this same problem on my EX coupe. Sunroof drain tubes were fine, trunk seal was fine. Masked off the paint and sprayed ruberized undercoat in the channel, and under the rear window. Leak fixed.

How did you spray under the window? or you mean the channel right under the window?

I had the same problem to but, it was because when I bought someone wreaked it so, the gas fill hole had a big whole that leaked rain water in.

There is a small opening under the rear window in both corners. I took the straw and sprayed it in/under there. I think the seams in the welds get weak/worn and causes leaks. I only did a light coat along the entire channel. The trunk stays 100% dry now.

You are talking about the the little hole up the corner, I think that was there for water drainage from the window molding.

I used silicone in that channel and the corner etc, might still leaked, it is better now though.
