Need opinions on white smoke from exhaust
I've done some time searching/researching and couldn't find a scenario quite like mine.
Some opinions would be great:
(If it matters) I have a 95 B18B1 swap in my 92 Civic
I just noticed the other day some white smoke coming out of my exhaust.
No white smoke will come out after a cold start, but after the car warms up...white smoke will begin to "trickle" out. Its not pouring out, by any means. Just a small bit of white smoke will peak out at idle.
Upon slight revs, no white smoke will exit from the exhaust...but as the rpms drop and returns to idle, white smoke will once again come out.
Also, my idle seems a bit "rougher" than usual. I wouldnt say its a rough idle, just not as smooth as usual.
Every cylinder is firing. Injectors are functioning. My coolant level is still the same as it has been (slightly above middle of my overflow tank, and at the top of my radiator).
I think that pretty much covers my scenario.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: (bdubnyc)
any coolant near the headgasket?? it doesnt have to be really leaking but once you shut the car off run your hand around the headgasket area and see if you feel any dampness...i personally think it may be the head gasket

Now, tell me what exactly a compression test will tell me with my problem right now? I've thought about doing a compression test until I heard that compression tests serve really no purpose other than to diagnose a "no start"
Thanks for the replies thus far

Re: (vtecb18c)
Ok, thats what I thought since it makes perfect sense.
I'll try and get ahold of a compression gauge tomorrow and post up the results to get some more input/opinions.
