Default Need help, questioning Type R steering wheel fitment

I drive a 2000 Ek, sO i bought a CTR steering wheel off ebay, seems kewl. I took off my stock steering wheel, and when I go to slip on my CTR steering wheel, the wheel won't fit, it won't even go in half way. The hole on theType r steering wheel is too small....SO...I'm thinking he sold me an ITR wheel, and not a CTR wheel. Can anyone confirm what's going on?

You bought an ITR steering wheel as the spline is smaller.

The CTR spline in the rear should have vertical notches. Horizontal notches mean ITR wheel.
