Default Need help with DX to EX swap in a 97.

ok, I swapped in a 98 d16Y8 into my 97 DX. I swapped the A14 wire to A12(for the IAC) Also ran seperate VTEC control wires. Problem is, now I keep getting 4 codes on the scanner:

P0335-Crankshaft position Sensor A Circuit malfunction

P1508-Manf Cntrl Veh Spd Idle Speed Control Auxiliary Inputs

P0141-O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction(Bank1 Sensor 2)

P0450- Emissions Control System Pres Sensor Fault(pending)

Ok, I am pretty sure the 1508 is because the wires are backwards on the IAC, as I didn't have this code when they were switched. I am certain that the 0141 is due to the fact that we don't have the second O2 sensor on yet, but would this cause the car to not run right? not sure on that one. My biggest problem right now is that even though we can get the car started, it bogs down whenever you give it more than half throttle, and also after it goes above like 3500-4000rpm's. I mean it bogs down bad too. Can someone please tell me where to start looking for problems. I gotta get this car going soon and I hate to have to put the stock motor back in. Another note, we are still running the stock DX harness, modified for the IAC since the DX had 3 wires instead of 2, and also the distributor is hardwired now cause we clipped the connectors before for a different motor. Maybe someone has a helms with the distributor wiring diagrams? I know haynes has proven to be wrong on a few occasions, and not sure if Chilton is helping either. Thanks in advance for any info.

I did a minimeswap in my 97dx too but I sure as hell didn't have all those codes lol. But I do have 1 that will NEVER come off. It's code 91. It's there for good.

man, I know I typed a reply. anyway, yeah the IACV has been re-wired, but I'm totally lost on the knock sensor. I can't seem to find one anywhere on the motor, but the block has the Y8 code. Unless the sensor is on the head itself then maybe that's the problem. I know I got the wrong intake manifold with the swap, maybe I got the wrong head also? I'm not sure how to tell without pulling the head and checking the combustion chamber. Maybe someone has a pic of where the sensor is supposed to be? and are there anyways to bypass it? maybe an OBDII-OBDI conversion harness and a P28? who knows. help please!

if you cant find the knock sensor, just take the wire from the ecu for the knock and ground it somwhere on the chassis.
