Icon2 Need help with D16Z6 camshaft options -- looking to increase hp

did a search and learned quite a bit, but didnt get all the info i wanted. so heres the story. i want to upgrade to a more agressive camshaft, and i saw one by Zex for about 200, and it this camshaft is recommended for use with the zex valve springs. i think its like model 591300 or something, the more strip/street version. and in the search function i read about Gude/Crower cams making more power for about 285 or so.

my questions are: does anyone have these cams(for D16Z6) and how are they? did you upgrade the valve springs also? i dont mind upgrading to crower or gude, but how much better are they, and how will this work out for daily driver use? oh, i can change the camshaft/valve springs without removing the entire head right? how will the crower cam run vs the zex cam?

thank you.

umm Thats really going t be a waste if your not going to boost the car later on... I would do a Delta 272-2 cam and supertech valve springs... OEM retainers willl work with the supertech valve springs. Your also going to need a tune to take true advantage of a cam
