Default Need help with codes!

I threw some codes on my friends 99 civic ex automatic, and these codes came up:

p1298- Electric load dectector (ELD) circuit high voltage.

p0135- o2 sensor

p0141- o2 sensor

p1768- problem in torque converter clutch solenoid valve b.

I know i can get new o2 sensors right away, but what the heck is an Electric load detector? Also what the heck is a torque converter clutch solenoid valve b? Can both be replaced? I've searched and had no luck in finding answers. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

I was trying to look for the exact spot that it is bolted on to. Could that be the cause of my friend's car not starting. i know that it is getting fuel and spark, but it wont turn over.
