Default Need help ASAP!

Well a wk ago my timing belt broke, wso I picked up another head, torqued the head down, when I put the cams on and torque all the cam cap bolts, for some reason the intake cam is hard to spin. Ive tried different cam caps and i have also tried different cams, and everytime the intake camshaft is hard to turn, and this is with the timingbelt off. The pistons are all middle stroke so that the valves would never touch anything. Im confused ive took them off several times and tried different caps and cams. WTF????

Use the timing belt itself to turn the cams.
Put it on the cam gears and use it for leverage.

Next time try posting the problem in the thread title so people will bother reading your threads instead of writting "Need help ASAP!"

There's supposed to be resistance, to some extent. Yes, only use the original valvetrain to that head...not from the other (just in case you are).
