Default My car won't start

Well to start off, I have a GSR in an EG. Well I had unplugged 2 of my spark plug wires that connect to the distributor the night before. I disconnected wire 3 and 4, and this morning before I went to work, I forgot to reconnect them and I tried to start the car. It started and died immediately. I did this twice and them remember, o snap I left those wires unplugged. So I went back and plugged the wires back in and now the car won't start at all. The fuel pump primes, the main relay clicks, the car tries to crank, but it just won't start.

Could me trying to start the car with those wires out have messed anything up?

one idea that popped into my head is that the cylinders are flooded with fuel.. because there was no spark to ignite them... once the wires were connected, the plugs were wet with fuel, and couldnt create the spark anymore.

um.. you can either pull the plugs and dry them off with a napkin or something.. or replace them..

disconnect the plug on the driver side shock tower. its the dead plug. that will kill your fuel pump and just prime the engine to burn off all the excess fuel. then connect it and see if it starts

Nope still wouldn't start. I took out the plugs, cleaned them, dropped them back in, disconnect the plugs by the shock tower, opened the gas cap to release pressure, nothing....any other ideas?

The plugs were really black, super black. Should I try some new plugs?

Could the main relay be ruled out since the fuel pump primes and it clicks whenever the CEL goes on when you turn the key?

Gonna change the spark plugs tonight and hopefully my neighbor will let me borrow his distributor to see if that will help anything

Any other ideas?

Well it started raining down here and I don't have a garage so I didn't get to work anymore on it. I did check the fuses and they all appeared to be in working shape. I bought the shell off a friend and I remember him saying about the car always blowing a certain fuse, can't remember which one, I guess I better call him and ask him which one. But the ones I checked under the hood all appeared good, I pulled them out and none looked like they were blown

did you check to see if you still have spark? I'm thinking your coil went bad...I'd replace the spark plugs first then see if you can borrow your friends dizzy for further testing.

I couldn't check to see if I had spark b/c I was alone and couldn't get someone to crank the car while I held the spark plug to a bolt or something. I tried to lay the spark plug inside the spark plug wire on a bolt and crank the car myself and see if I could see something, but it didn't work haha. I couldn't see from where I was at.

I was gonna borrow my neighbors dizzy but it started pouring here really bad and I don't have a garage to put the car in So i'm gonna have to wait til about Sunday to try out his dizzy, since I work at AT&T and we're working crazy hours for the release of the Iphone.

I checked the firing order and it's correct. Firing order is: (Top:3-4)(Bottom: 1-2) And 4-3-2-1 correct?

Well I was finally able to test for spark, and unfortunately there was NO spark Still haven't been able to test out my neighbors distributor though. Could it be the ignitor?

Well I pulled off the distributor today and the it's not rotating with ease. I can feel "clicks" in between each spin. Gonna try out my neighbors distributor just to make sure it's that, then probably just buy a whole new distributor from DK
