A header... a cheap one.. Ebay special. Never bought one, but maybe 100-150 bucks?? I dont know. A greddy ss 4-2-1 2-piece will run about 400 bucks. But DC or something else will do just fine. Or a stock replacement? Craigslist.com and search for one.

very common for it to be an exhaust leak or my personal favorite - a spark plug wire has jumped off the plug. Makes your car sound bad *** when it runs on 3 cylinders. If you have a CEL as well, especially a blinking one - that'd be your problem.

I doubt it's your header, but you can check. It might just be a bad tank of gas. (I'm assuming it's sputtering/popping)

Check to make sure your plugs are screwed in, then run that tank out & then fill it up. If that doesn't fix it get a new set of plugs.

Start with the easy & cheap stuff first.

Gas wont go bad in 1 week. You're prolly throing a cell, check your plugs, make sure they're calibrated right too.
