Do you have a multimeter? Pull out the switch assembly and test the continuity (resistance) of the switch.

my crx has a hazard/turn signal relay that went bad. this is either located somewhere in your fuse box, or under the hood. im not sure if you have one or not, but you might want to lcheck it out. my 4 ways didnt work, and when i changed it, they worked.
