Default Milano Red R-81

Does anyone know where I can find milano red r-81 paint. Preferrably a spray paint. I have a 1995 Del Sol that I'm working on and the paint has gone to ****. So if anyone can help I've looked everywhere. Thanksss.

I think those only come in the smaller size and I've been told it looks really flat in comparision to Milano Red.

You could probably have it custom mixed and put in spray cans though.

paintscratch is a good place to get oem paint too. Pricy, but you will get the exact color.

I'm pretty sure that milano red is three stage, so any spray paint will never match perfect. Some get pretty close though.

I have to use paintscratch because I can't find any stores with my color in the dupli color line.

It's a tricoat, but several painters on here have said that it can be replicated in a base/clear.

as long as the body is straight maaco can match the color, for about $700 they do a pretty good job,not a 2 grand show job but itll look good and the supreme comes with a 4 year warrantee against cracking/fading.

Add a little white underneath of the Duplicolor Milano. It'll help match up better. At least it did on my Integra anyway.

Though Milano Red can be repainted and replicated as a base/clear, from Honda it is a tricoat. If the code is still the same paint code, it's still the same color. If it's not the same code, Honda gave it a different name.

The closest you're going to get to paints with the same codes being different is if they're different batches. That is, while my car is R-81, other cars are R-81-4, meaning the color might be slightly off compared to mine. It is still a tricoat though.
