i am gonna turbo my D16 and run 20 psi on a fully built block and head, w/ a built tranny. Kinda wondering what you guys think i will run and how much hp do you think i can squeeze out?let me know your thoughts.

I dunno but please post what your power figures turn out to be; I will be doing pretty much the same thing with the same engine but I only plan.... ***PLAN*** on running 15 psi max. Hehehe BTW, is yours vtec? Mine will not be. What fuel mods will you be using?

i am upgrading my fuel pump to a walbro 225 lph w/ 550 cc injectors and a 10:1 fuel regulator.

send your block to http://www.importbuilders.com i ask to do this to mine, it's going to cost about 2200 to build the block to handel up to 30 PSI, and extra if u want new seals, which isn't bad, but your going to need some bad *** Injectors to handel all of that fuel and a very good clutch.

This guy around this area is boosting 22 PSI on a D15 Yes 1.5L and he ran like a high 11.98 on a striped out hatch with slicks.

can we say "boom..."... you are gonna need a lot more than that for fuel mods if you want to run 20psi. A 10:1 fmu... I wouldn't trust that past 6psi...

What size turbo do you plan on running first of all?

You will need an 8:1 FMU to boost 10-12 from my understanding.

You are gonna need hondata, or some form of serious engine
management for 20 psi.
