Manual window is hard to roll up & down.
On the driver side it's fine but on the passenger side, my windows are so hard to roll up and down. Anyone know how to fix it? I took out the door panels and sprayed WD-40 in it but the problem is still there. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, my driver side is good and passenger side is bad. Damn passangers slammin my door 
. Anyways on my car I found that the bracket that the window actually slides on is bent. I bent it back as good as I could and sprayed graphite silcone spray and has been smooth ever since

take off the door panels and spray silicone lubricant on the rails.
Or lifts some weights!?

yeah, that's what I guessing. Can anyone confirm this? So if I buy that, my windows should be back to normal?

Try to re-align the window first. There is a bolt that would be near your elbow when you are seated. It has a small range of adjustment for tilting the window.
