hey i have a qeustion and im not sure if its teh main relay or the fuel pump...

ok so i drive my car around..parked it...5 minutes later i go back in..it barely wants to start and dies..then it just keeps on cranking when i turn the key like its not getting no fuel...after about 10-15 minutes of waiting i go back and try again then it starts up...

is it the main relay or the fuel pump? thanks for your help!

i would check it rather than guessing, one way is to see if it doesnt start do the injectors pulse and do u get spark? Another would be to check if there is power going to the fuel pump from the main relay.

Definately sounds like the main relay is starting to give way. id go to honda and order one before it does **** out on you

ok sweet..yea i will do that then..just wanted to double check..

yeah my car had that issue for some time. i took put the main relay pulled the outter case of it off, and heated the solder contacts on the back of the board, and added more solder... fixed worked like a champ.

have same prob, main relay, factory soldering fault. pain in the ***,especially at petrol station
