yes you can...and search. I have a ITR 5 lug with MINT gunmetal ITR rims on 90% original tread. Complete brake change over with Brembo cross drilled and slotted rotors....

You need all 4 hubs, a matching master cylinder and proportioning valve.
I have a '96 Spec ITR 4 x 114.3 w/ ADVAN RG w/ not so much tread on the Potenzas.
