Lucas transmission fix - stops slip
I was told from my cousin that you can put lucas transmission fix - stop slip in with the manual transmission fluid. It appears to me that the lucas fluids are a whole lot thicker than the regular castrol gtx 10W-30 that I am using. Is this safe? Its not that I am planning to put in my car, an EJ1.

Exactly. So why would you put a "pour in repair" fluid designed for an automatic trans in a manual? Just run Honda MTF, Pennzoil synchromesh, or GM Synchromesh. Honda manual transmissions don't like thicker fluid in them; the needle bearings and other tight areas tend to not get lubricated if you run a thicker fluid.

^^^ dont mean to thread jack but
How much syncromesh do you put in the tranny? The same amount as if it were MTF?
Or do you do 50 50 or what?

You can run straight synchromesh or some people run it 50/50 synchromesh and honda mtf. Buy 3 quarts total fluid. About halfway through your 3rd, you'll have it full (on a B series)
