Basically my motor wont even attempt to turn over and i dont hear the fuel pump kicking on at all either. I put the key in the ignition and turn it to try and start it and there is a buzzing noise coming from the main relay next to the glove box and the needle on the speedometer starts to move up and down from 0-120 and random numbers as it is making the buzzing sound. This just recently started happening because ive been driving the car around for a while with no issues and havent make any electronic changes to the car whatsoever. Ive tried changing out the relay that was making the buzzing sound and it still does the same thing. Could it be ECU related? any advice you have will be greatly appreciated.

No its not a dead battery, everything inside works fine, the clicking sounds isnt a normal dead battery buzzing sound, its more of a griding noise and sometimes it will do it without me even turning the key to start it..and the speed will go back and forth uncontrollably. When i hear the noise i can feel it on the main relay like something inside of it is buzzing.

check all of your grounds and fuses too
