Icon6 Lower control arm bushing keeps going bad

The car is a 93 Honda Civic DX sedan. A few months ago I had a problem where if I accelerated quickly my car would jerk hard to the right when I would let off the gas and switch to the next gear(mostly just happened in the lower gears). I also noticed my front tires were wearing out quickly. Turned out that my inner lower control arm bushing went bad so my wheel was able to move side to side. I thought this was strange since I had replaced all 4 of the lca bushings in the front about a year before that. It was under warranty from Autozone so I had the bushing pressed out and took it in for a replacement. After I replaced it those problems went away. But now, after about 5 months since I replaced it, it blew out again! Are these Autozone bushings crap? Is there something else in the suspension system causing the lca bushing to go bad? I just can't figure it out. I really need to get this solved because the other day I got caught in a bad thunder storm while on the highway and between the lca bushing going bad and the fact that it wore down my tires again, it felt like I was driving on ice. Anyone have any ideas of why it keeps going bad?

Shouldnn't be driving around if its that bad, how bad did they look to you? Or maybe an image would help. Also need to look into the upper control arm bushings, the compliance bushing and ball joints.

Yes, most aftermarket rubber bushings are gabbige.

Buy honda or hardrace bushings.

Clock them when installing. Or you'll tear them.

Put the car on the ground. Then tighten all the bolts. Or jack the control arm upward to simulate ride height before tightening them.

I clocked them, even tightened the bolts to the proper torque, and applied silicone grease to the bushings, as the manual says to do. Here are a couple pics to show the damage:
