Icon3 Loud Noise and Egine Vibrating

I was driving my del sol and i was runnign pretty hard when all of sudden i heard a really loud whinny nose and then after slowing down the car started vibrating and i would give it some gas then it went away for a second but came right back so i pulled over and looked under the hood and the alternator belt was missing and the crankshaft pulley was loose like wobble loose. I am confused at what cause the problem i had it towed to my house and took off the pulley and the bolt that holds on the pulley was messed up on the threads at the end. I cant put the bolt on back on cause it doesnt go in straight it keeps wanting to go at an angle. I havent tried to start it again

Any advise would help thank you i really dont want to take it in i dont trust people working on my car. The engine is a D16Z6 car is 1993 honda del sol Si, i only have one belt on the pulley cause i dont have A/C or power steering in the car if you need anymore info let me know Thank Again

sounds to me like u might want to try a new bolt, if it still doesn't go in straight you might as well plan on needing a new crank, and poss. more depending on if anything is messed up internally
