Default LED cluster - doesn't work

trying to put LEDs in my cluster, I bought them off a friend who had them in his but his cluster is EDM (no dimmer) mine has a dimmer

i tried un pluggin the dimmer, and rotating the bulbs etc but nothing works

i tested the bulbs on indicator lights and the light up perfect

any ideas?

hey i tried doing this to my cluster too cause my friend has them in his car lighting up blue but i tried in in my cluster and they would not work because behind my clocks there was a orange film glued to them them so the light couldnt shine threw them so you might have the same problem!!hope this helped

nope thats not the problem, they don't light up period!

Is there power going to the bulb circuitry of the gauge cluster?

maybe you have them in the wrong way around?did u try wiring them up to your ashtray lights and sticking them into the clocks then?load up pics maybe we can see the problem then?
