jdm b16a cams vs usa GSR cams?
im running a stock b16a with p30 in my civic and i have a chance to get a set of gsr cams from my friend for $20 because he now has blox turbo cams. was wondering if the gsr cams are more agressive than my b16 cams. i know they are more agressive than the usa b16. if they are more agressive how much gain could i see from these cams maybe 2 or 3 horse?

also let me add that the b16a motor was originally from an automatic car. ive heard that auto cars cams are different from 5 speed cars, but ive also heard otherwise so im not sure about that

if they were from an auto, and 5 speed vtec cam would be in your best interest. Also, the cylinder head from an auto like you have, has only single valve springs on both intake and exhaust valves, no dual on the intake like most vtec heads
