Intermittent power failure with key fob

Intermittent power failure with key fob
I got this weird problem, haven't been able to find someone how had it already.
Honda Civic EX '97. When I unlock the doors with key fob seems like there is total loss of power. I put key in ignition and nothing. The radio is dead and looses it's presets. then I wait 10 seconds, and power returns and I can start just fine.
This has happened 3 times in about 100 starts.
I checked the battery and it is good (according to Oreilly's, and it shows 12.7 V so I agree, headlights are strong, etc)
check battery cables, all in good shape, replaced within last few years. Ground connection solid. No rust.
Check fuses, all good. In particular, seems like Backup Fuse could be blown, but it is fine, and anyway, car wouldn't start after 10s.
Can't figure this one out. Any ideas very welcome.

Clean, tighten, and test 80A hood fuse 41 and then go from there.
Did you already clean and tighten the battery connectors and the battery ground bolt connected to the chassis?

Yes, cleaned and tightened battery and ground lines. Will take your advice on the fuse.
appreciate it. will post if the problem goes away.

Re: Intermittent power failure with key fob
I assume the fob correlation is just a coincidence. For example, how often do you unlock the car with the key rather than with the fob?

Re: Intermittent power failure with key fob
I never use the key, always the fob.
I checked the 80 fuse 41. It is in great shape, no rust.
Rechecked ground. Also okay.
I'm stumped. This happens maybe 1/10 starts.
So nothing in the anti-theft system anyone can think of that could be the cause?
Maybe bad wiring after the backup fuse?

Okay. Most likely fob usage has no connection to the problem.
Ohm test them. Visual inspection can be misleading, especially for electrical problems.
