Is the pump not working now? Can you hear it prime?

Just turn your ignition switch to ON. Don't start it. Listen to the back seat. If you hear it hum then click off after a few seconds that's not the problem. If you don't hear anything then you know what the problem is. But check your fuse before changing the pump if need be.

Whats the mileage on the fuel pump and fuel filter. Also what kind of injectors are you running? If you have high mileage on your fuel pump, it may need to be replaced or upgraded, same goes with your fuel filter, since it tends to clog with high miles. These parts are fairly cheap and easy to install.
edit: assuming that your fuel pump is priming this could be the problem.

When you turn your key to the on position the fuel pump should turn on pressurizing the system. If you roll your windows down you should be able to hear the pump turn on. If you don't then something is wrong. I believe there is a relay that controls this function but I'm not sure...
Good luck
Edit: Wow...the two above posts came in whis I was typing mine...but I'm leaving it anyway.

My fuel pump worked one day and then died later in the afternoon.
Like everyone said. Listen to see if the fuel pump is priming when you turn your key to the on position.
When my fuel pump was dieing it was hard to turn the car on. It would come one and die in seconds or less.
Then when it was warmed up the car ran fine.

if its not then you will have to go through a whole shitload of pgm-i testing or you can bite the bullet and assume your pump is dead and replace it. But I would say thats a last ditch effort. I almost bought a new fuel pump and found out I hit a kill switch to it I didnt even know was installed in my car.

Re: Im not getting any fuel, what the heck??
ok i have determined that the fuel pump primes some times but not all. i can turn the key to on position on and off like 10 times and it will prime only a couple out of the 10. i also noticed that even sometimes when i hear it prime it still does not start. when turning the key to the on position i noticed the system will stop priming when the check engine light goes out. you can hear the priming like turn off when that light goes out. the car has about 100k miles and the motor setup like 75k. wheres the fuses i should be checking, in the fuse panel under dash or hood. and what would the relay say on it, i saw a bunch near the underdash fusebox. thanks

Dont bother messing with any fuses. if a fuse was blown it would never prime. I dont even know if there is a relay for the pump, generally the cover of your relay box will have a diagram telling you what each relay controls.
