idling problem
could it be the thermostat or the map sensor. it idles when the car is warm up and sometimes when i am driving the car. what could it be. help please

1. check all vacc lines
2. clean IACV
3. check tps voltage
4. check for any kind of air/vacc leaks, get some carb cleaner spray around the intake manifold, if it bubbles, theres your leak.
did u change anything? or mess with anything at all? any codes?

definitely sounds like you need to clean or replace your idle air control valve (IACV.) That is what is primarily responsible for smooth idle on the stock honda motor.
