haynes manual says RED/YEL, and GRN/BLK. The RED/YEL runs direct to ECU, and GRN/BLK runs to a junction connector (Ground junction).

both come from the IAT. The RED/YEL is the signal wire to the computer, and the sensor is grounded from the GRN/BLK. The sensor is located right on the intake tube, close to the manifold. It just plugs into a bung on the tube. Are you missing the sensor, or just trying to troubleshoot a code? What's the issue you're having?
