1-Jack up the front of the car, remove front wheels
2-Remove the fender liners if you havnt already done so.
3-Gut a baseball bat or a hammer with a decent sized handle
4-Stick the bat or hammer handle along the inside of the fender (where the wheels would be rubbing) and apply preesure and move along the inside lip of the fender-the objective here is to bend or roll the edge of the fender up and in so it no longer rubs against your tire

jack the car up. stick something with a large enough diameter between the wheel and fender, hold object at and angle and slowly lower the car and roll the object between the fender and wheel.
I used a baseball bat and the handle to my jack it worked pretty good.

I'd take it somewhere to have them rolled if I were you.

Werd...or borrow a fender roller. A shop should charge less than $100 for this. I had all four rolled for $40 with perfect results and no paint issues.
