LOL I know someone has to have the same sensor as me...just take a picture of your harness clip showing the wires on both ends, especially if there the same colors as my o2 sensor.

Re: HX 5 wire o2 sensor help
Its doing this cause these are readyness monitors that have not ran there course and passed yet. the more driving you do, the chance of them blinking will stop unless there is a fault. If you havent reset the ECU recently those monitors havent passed because it reconizes a fault, and a check engine light is in your near future.
You would love OBD2 if you simply learned it as the data on that scantool tells you whats wrong with your car, and you wouldnt be here asking us.
Dont be scared to learn, you might find it interesting.

ok so i wired up my O2 and now i get a p1169 High voltage input or something..i do have a crack in my header but thats no even on the same pipe as the o2 sensor is on, and i am burning a considerably large amount of oil at around 5k+ RPM's.
any info about the p1169 check engine?

Re: HX 5 wire o2 sensor help
i dont hate obd2 just because its obd2...i hate it because its hard to upgrade and keep it from throwing a code. ive been working on hondas for awhile...mainly up to 95 because of how it easy it is work with and you dont have to plug it into a computer in order to pass inspection.

-LAF connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)
-LAF sensor signal circuit is shorted to voltage
-LAF sensor has failed (it may be contaminated with fuel, silicone or water)
-PCM has failed
what this means is your wiring is still off probably
or it could be the crack in you manifold and it doesnt matter that it is not near the 02.
your probably not getting the fuel economy you should out of this car either.
