Default Anyone using a distributor from Distributor King?

So, after MUCH headache in trying to trace an ignition problem, I'm relatively sure I've found it. The rotor in my distributor was not screwed onto the distributor, as I THINK the OEM ones are. In fact, there wasn't even a hole in the rotor for a screw. There was a threaded hole in the SHAFT, but not in the rotor. Is there anyone else running a Distributor King distributor? And if so, can you tell me if your rotor is screwed to the shaft or not?

I've been chasing this God forsaken timing issue, and knocking only on left turns, and now an intermittent code 15 for an ICM fault, and now I find that the whole time, this rotor was put together wrong from the factory. Now the shaft is rounded off, the cap, rotor, and cover and HAMMERED, and there's so much carbon tracking in there that I'm surprised it ran at all. The point is, even if something is sold as "100% complete and ready to install out of the box", you might want to check through it on your own, just to be safe. I'll be contacting Distributor King in the morning in order to try and get this issue resolved. From what I remember from when I bought it, they were super helpful with that, so hopefully this will be resolved quickly. I'll keep you posted.
