remove 2 screws under center dash just above power outlet. remove 2 screws at bottom of knee panel driver side as well as screws at top of panel. remove that panel and remove screw attaching center center part that has been exposed. open glove box and remove scre that holds center part as well (you may have to remove screw for glove box as well/can't remember). remove lower center piece and disconnect plug for power outlet. remove 4 screws that have been exposed by removing the lower center dash facade. pull center dash face out of dash. the hard part will be getting the plugs disconnected for the climate/hazard controls. the rest should be easy from there. i would suggest reaching back in the hole and pop the wire harness anchors that keep the wires from being able to be pulled further out of the dash (this will make reattachment and future removal easier. hope i didn't leave anything out. good luck.
