Delayed fuel pump relay start after ignition turn on on rainy days
On rainy days, it takes about 5-15 minutes for fuel pump relay to engage in order to start the car. Someone told me I have a ground short somewhere. Car starts after a wire warms up and dispels the water or dampness. Where would this possible ground be so I can clean and tighten contact and rubber coat it and protect it from dampness. Thanks.

This is the beginning of a failed ECU. There are components inside that fail over time... and right now, you only have an "occasional" failure. Eventually, it will happen EVERY time you try to start the car... and then it just won't start. Send it out to get repaired before you totally ruin it.
