I'd just call a shop and ask them. Of course they're going to charge you more if it takes longer but it probably doesn't take them long since they have the tools.

Get an angle-grinder, saw that bad boy off. Then buy a new one at the dealer, and install.
Or, use tons of PB Blaster and let it soak for a day or two. Then an impact wrench or a big breaker bar should do the trick.

Agreed. Get a metal chisel (safety glasses) or an angle grinder and cut/grind the bolt off. Replace it with a bolt from the dealer and you're good to go.
That's exactly what the shop will do. Except with an air chisel and probably use different bolts.

yeah i bet i could get it out myself, but after doing my coilovers... and having to drill out the old bolts... id rather just pay a shop. i went through 15 hardmetal drill bits to drill through the bolts that connected my shock tower to the LCA, after they snapped when i took a breaker to it.
250,000 miles really rusts the **** out of those bolts

Soak everything in PB a few times for several days before you do the job. Usually makes it alot easier
