First you need to remove the plastic clip that holds the upper half of the seat to the interior panel, after you have that removed, it should slide about an inch to the interior panel, then the top half should pop off. Repeat for the other side. Bottom half is held on by 1 bolt. Remove the bolt, then proceed to lift the bottom half of the seat up, pull from the rear of the cushion up. It should be vertical, now wiggle the seat till it comes out.
