Most people hate front end conversions, that includes myself

Maybe check through the appearance section

What EJ are you talking about? My 2000 is an EJ8, and it has an EK front end... it left the factory with one.

OP, quit trying to be cool and talk with chassis codes. Just use the model years if you don't know.

^He used three different codes, so I think he knows what he's trying to say. he just thinks the 6th gen hatch has a different front end than the 6th gen coupe. Ha.

Anyway OP. I wont get into all the chassis code elitism.

But THIS in an EJ1 with an EK9 front and engine, by a Japanese on EJ-Rider, a Japanese 93-95 coupe enthusiast site. He had pics of his conversion and swap.

Other than the body crease down the side, and the mirrors, it looks nearly the same as 99-00 coupe.

It seems pretty telling that the only photos I have ever seen of '93-'95 Civic coupes with '96-'00 Civic front ends are all from front anglea.

Seems no one wants to show what they look like straight from the side.

I bet a side pic would really show how tiny the taillights end up looking in comparison. Or the trunk for that matter.

^A 6th gen Ej's lines work perfectly ON A 6TH GEN EJ, A+ to Honda engineers.

i don't really like the 92-95 hatch with the 96-00 front end, but the coupes look gooooood with it. and imo 96-00 hb's should have come with an el front end factory.

he wants pics of it posted on this thread but he could of used google instead. shakes my head tsk tsk tsk. look man im sure i know where you are going with this. if you want to do the conversion its very simple you buy the radiator support, headlamps, hood and the bumper. why not the fenders??? that is because the ek fenders dont fit on the 92-95 but you can reduce your stock fenders with a grinder and use a little tiny bit of fiberglass on where it goes by the headlamps SO IT WONT RUST. if you do it yourself it will take you 1 whole day to do the entire thing. once you're finished simply take photos and sell the old parts. if you want a stock look you will spend less than 200. if you go with the halo headlamps and aftermarket bumper well that would cost more. i looked into this conversion i bought all the stuff and had it laying around for a while my girl got pregnant and couldnt do the conversion so i sold it to some billy that wanted to have that look. its simple to do the conversion. it just takes some time

I have loads of photos of '96-'00 front ends on hatchbacks. Not as common on coupes because people like to buy hatches to molest.

I have so many different front end conversions on '92-'95 Civic hatchbacks.

The Acura EL front end looks better on a 6th gen. The Del Sol looks good with a 5th gen front end. Other than that, Honda did pretty well. I am not the craziest about the bug eye look the 94-01 integra has in the US, but the Japanese front end looks very nice. It matches the back end better with the wide tail lights.

first of all, i did look on google and didnt find any pics. second of all, i just wanted a pic of what it looks like before i do the conversion. im not happy with what it looks like so im not doin it. third of all, i didnt ask how to do the conversion, i know how to do it i just need a pic of what it looks like.
