How do u get the check engine light off?
I did some work on the engine and the MAP sensor wasnt all the way plugged in. I plugged it in and the check engine light wont go off. How do u shut it off?

disconect your positive battery terminal for 5-10 min then reconect it. clear it all up if thats your problem you'll have to reset all your radio stations though. thats the only downside. so remember them before you do it.

Yeah all you have to do is pull the fuse under the hood right next to the batt. (7.5) fuse for 10-15 sec..... and it should go away....

or use a diagnostic scanner. you wont lose your radio stations or clock time either. its easy if you own one (or know someone who does)

Strangely enough, I turn my car off/on and the check engine light is no more.
