You can check the level of fluid, and add more, through the fill bolt. The correct amount of fluid is that which doesn't spill out of the fill bolt hole (with the fill bolt removed, obviously) when the car is sitting flat.

unscrew the filler bolt, if fluid come out, then you're okay.
If no fluid then add more until it start to come out.

Dip your finger in the big hole and see if it's wet.

To check your fluid you need to take the top nut off of your transmission ( looks like a hex bolt head) and stick your finger/or something in it to check the fluid level.

To Drain it remove the bottom nut ( again looks the same as the top one)

And to you fill it through the same hole where you checked the fluid.

Use Honda MTF ONLY!!!!

Oil Capacity: 1.8 L (1.6 Imp qt.) at oil change 1.9 L (1.7 Imp qt.) at overhaul

Genuine Honda Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF) preferred, or an API service SG, SH or SJ grade motor oil with a viscosity of SAE 10W-30 or 10W-40 as a temporary replacement. An SG grade is preferred but SH or SJ may be used if SG is not available. However, motor oil does not have the proper additives and continued use may cause stiffer shifting. Drain and replace with Genuine Honda Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF) as soon as convenient (According to AllData)
