grind the base to a D shape and pull it through. no need to pull the hub.

When using the Wheel hub puller, will the wheel bearing's race be attached to the hub?

I was hoping to replacing just the wheel hub (due to possible bending) assembly, but it seems replacing the wheel bearing will be required as well if the race comes out as well.
