Default Bent a few valves. Time for a HEAD REBUILD. HELP?!

The head from by B16a2 lies in my friend's garage mortally wounded from a mishap after a cam install. (Don't ask) So I am rebuilding the head. I want to use good stuff. What are the little things I need to make this happen (ie seals, keepers). I need a complete list so I can get my Si back in top shape. I plan on doing a whole new valvetrain (w/ CTR cams). What all do I need?

The list so far: Springs, Retainers, Valves...

Reccomend a brand if you wish.

first send the head out and see if its warped, my guess is it is. Then add parts

I didn't overheat or blow a headgasket. I just bent a couple valves. Is it possible that this warped the head? I have never heard that this is possible, but then again I haven't heard of a lot of things.

i've seen a couple of warped heads from bad removals. Just send it the a machine shop and they will level it for you, about 30 bucks.

i'd get a valve job done, just to make sure the guides aren't messed up and seats.

as far as valves, retainers, keepers, springs....
go for what's in the budget and which cams your using or going to use.
