That clutch pedal really adds to the car's pizzazz... summer racer or fun and strip car? Conflict of interest maybe...

I'd recommend altezzas, they make it go faster!

Do a search on Spark Racing, Ive seen a few people post here with some problems on the motors they did for them...

Just my 2 cents.

Hey moron: he's obviously doing an auto-to-manual conversion. Thanks for bringing the national average on the SAT down, though . Idiot.

Honestly, to the original poster, I would suggest a GSR or B16 transmission simply because the LS gears will start to feel a little long when you want to smash on it. The VTEC transmissions make better use of the torque you'll have available and, thus, are more fun to drive.

Also, if you're going to have the block open, you might as well put higher compression or at least forged internals in the block. Staying all motor without high compression is foolish and if you decided to boost in the future, you'd be kicking yourself if you had a point in the beginning when you could've put forged slugs and rods in there and didn't.

Other than those points, you have a great concept and seem well prepared. Good luck.

Hey genious! Obviously you read the first thread also! He writes " This is all going into a 94 auto hatch ," but I guess it wouldn't be TOO obvious that he would need a CLUTCH PEDAL to do an auto to manual conversion. Seems like a given.

What was your SAT score brainiac? I bet you have a great college degree in there too, Harvard's looking for people just like you

What? Is that an arguement against your stupidity or defending your mistake? I can't tell because it's such a clusterfuck of punctuation.
