HELP! Sparkplug wire pops out! Oil on spark plug!

HELP! Sparkplug wire pops out! Oil on spark plug!
I am running fairly new Bosch spark plugs and fairly new NGK blue wires. on my third cylinder, my spark plug wire keeps popping off every minute or so. when i pull out my spark plug wire, there is oil all over it.
what can i do to solve these problems on the third cylinder?
1) sparkplug wire popping out
2) oil on sparkplug wire

Where does te spark plug wire pop out from? Off the distributor or on the head?
If your spark plugs are covered in oil, you will need new spark plug gasket seals and you might as well change your valve cover gasket seal

u sure that ur spark plugs are on tight? cause my friend had a semi loose spark plug and some of the pressure from the cylinder pushed the spark plug off.

If the spark plug has oil on it then that might be why the wire is popping off... Replace the spark plug seal on the valve cover and get new NGK plugs...

i'm about to get off my *** and check to see if the spark plug is loose or not. in the mean time, any one else have any input?
