Help! P0132 code shot out after new o2 sensor was put in

Help! P0132 code shot out after new o2 sensor was put in
Hi, thanks for reading this.
So i just go a 2000 civic Si and it was missing both o2 sensors. I replaced them and the check engine light went off.
Since i just got the car i still have to smog it. So i took it to the smog place and they said that i had cleared too many codes out of the computer and that i had to drive it a bit harder for a couple of days then bring it back.
So i did.
I got on the freeway and reved it up to 8k in 3rd gear.... and as i shifted into fourth the check engine light went on. I pulled the code and it said P0132 high voltage in front oxigen sensor.
I searched for this code and the suggestions are to replace the o2 sensor... the problem with me is i just did.
Any help would be appreciated. I went to the dealer and they said i should check the voltage to it(i have the tools but dont know what it should be).

i reset the codes and it came up again without me reving it up..... any ideas?
