Help, lost radio code!!!

Default Help, lost radio code!!!
I just replaced the battery in my girlfriends 99 Civic EX. When I removed the battery the radio was reset. She cannot find the card with the code on it so I was wondering if Honda puts it somewhere in the car( I have a Volkswagon and they put the code in the trunk under the spare tire). If anyone knows if they do please let me know.
