Replace 7.5A fuse #25 under the dash with a known good fuse.

If you are absolutely sure that fuse 25 is good, then check for a loose connector at the rear of the cluster.

Everything is cool now. I ended up replacing 8 fuses to all kinds of different things. I somehow skipped over #25 or put in a faulty fuse before. Now the last step I have is neither front blinkers work. No low beam on passenger side, only high beams on both and passenger side running light works not driver side. Hopefully a bulb issue? Everything else is fine.

I have a similar issue, but my cluster (everything on it, rpm, speed, temp, gas, turn signals) only works when it wants, it just wigs out driving down the highway. Turn signals only work half the time.

This just started up thurs night after i went to start the car and the battery was dead, jumped the car and everything seemed ok. Jumped it again friday morning to drive to work, nothing worked again. Put it on the battery charger for about 5 hours and played with the connections on the back of the cluster. Fixed the issue for the 3 mile trip home, then it started wigging out again.

I've been searching around honda-tech, google, etc. but I haven't found any answers yet :/

Already checked that. I've checked all of the wiring i can get to throughout the whole dash without actually pulling the dash out.

Going to pull the dash today i think.
