Default HELP

What happens if i accidently put in to much oil into my engine after changing it? can it damage it?

what do you mean too much??
how many quarts do you use? and what motor?

3.7 quarts it said and i have a d17a stock


when i refilled my engine oil i think i put in to much. Can it damage the engine if it has to much? what will happen

i did that once when i thought i was leaking oil, but really wasnt. you will get to much oil in your head and smoke like crazy. if that doesnt happen, i wouldnt be worried, it will eventually burn off

if you have way to much oil you can blow out your seals becasue of the added pressure from all the oil. if its to much just let a little out as if you were changin the oil just let some out and check it and if you took to much out then just add a little .
